Old Coot Procedure

Turn on power strip and computer

• Put blue paper in printer, then from File menu, select Print Roster

• Remove last week's teams list from outside

• Checkin golfers and assign teams

• Save teams by clicking save teams box

• Put white paper in printer, click Print Teams box, and print 3 pages. X out of Writer when done.

• Post one Team List outside

• Put blue paper in printer, click appropriate Print Score Cards box. X out of Writer when done.

• Assign holes and write on score cards and 2 of the Teams lists. (Double up on Par5's if necessary)

• Cut score csrds apart.

  ---- PLAY GOLF ------

• Click on the Input Scores box, and input scores for all teams

• Determine the number of places (indicated on the screen) and input places (no duplicates)

• Click on the Calculate Payouts box. Check amounts are within a few cents

• Click the Save Web Page box

• Put white paper in the printer and print 2 copies. X out of Chrome when done.

• AFTER VERIFYING PRINTOUT IS CORRECT, click the Update League Data box

• Click the Put Winnings on Web Site box

• Choose the current Web page (bottom of list) Will be Wkxx name format and with Chrome logo

• Click on the upload image box. X out of Chrome when done

• Turn off computer and power strip
